    Chicagoan gospel singer, Jean Plum joined Hi Records in 1975. She is best remembered for her Hi singles "Look At The Boy" and "Pour On The Loving". She previously recorded under her real name, Bettye Jean Plummer & Betty Jean Plummer for Hi Records in the late 1960's. It was Willie Mitchell, her mentor at Hi Records, who suggested the name Jean Plum.
