Jean-Michel Caradec is a French author, composer, performer, born in Morlaix, Finistère, September 20, 1946 and died in Rambouillet, 29 July 1981 in a car crash during the 'France Inter tour'. Former pupil at the Lycée Chaptal and the Lycée Henri IV in Paris. The son of a sailor, and a teacher, he won first prize at the 'Conservatoire de Brest'.
