A very versatile and dynamic vocalist from San Antonio TX. Jay made his name with The Latin Breed in the late 80's, Then spent some time working with David Lee Garza before venturing out on his own solo career in the early 90's. The majority of his work consists of purely Tejano style synth and accordion driven music inspired by music styles that have their roots in the South Texas, primarily, San Antonio music scene. Jay also does great interpretations of classic soul music and carries some pretty decent country chops.
