Jarcha (name of a Mozarabian poetic form) was an Andalusian folk group from Huelva, Spain. It was formed in 1972 by Maribel Martín, Lola Bon, Antonio A. Ligero, Ángel Corpa, Crisanto Martín, Gabi Travé and Rafael Castizo, although many members changed along time (Rosa Soler, Rosa Salas, Antonio A. Ligero, Pepe Bulerias, Juan J. Oña, Toñi García, Pepe Roca, Jesús Bola...) Jarcha's music is made of Andalusian traditional songs, but with pop arrangements. Jarcha also sung poems of Federico García Lorca, Rafael Alberti, Salvador Távora and Miguel Hernández.
