Dutch multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, arranger, producer, engineer, studio and label owner, conductor, choir- and orchestra leader, born in 1939 in Terwinselen, Limburg. He founded Karelhoeve Studio Jan Theelen in 1975, ceasing its operations in 2020. Before 1975 he had a studio in Venray, Jan Theelen Studio Venray. Father of Gregor Theelen and Emmanuel Theelen. At an age of 83 he passed away on January 15, 2022.
