Jacques Lejeune (Talence, France, 1940) is a composer at INA-GRM since 1969. He began his musical training at Schola Cantorum in Paris under Daniel Lesur's direction and then at Conservatoire national de musique de Paris (CNSM) under the direction of Pierre Schaeffer and François Bayle. Founding member along side François Donato of the Paysaginaire association in order to promote contemporary electroacoustic music with a strong focus on interprétation, their first competition began in 1996.
