Izrael
Izrael was one of the most popular and influential Polish alternative bands. It was formed in March 1983 in Warsaw by two Polish underground musicians: [a=Robert Brylewski] (formerly of [a=Brygada Kryzys]) and [a=Paweł Kelner] (formerly of [a=Deuter (2)]).
Years active: 1983–1995 and 2006–2018.
On June 3rd 2018 the band leader Robert Brylewski passed away.
