Born: November 17, 1925, Dresden, Germany Died: February 19, 2024 Horst Naumann, celebrated for his iconic roles in "Die Schwarzwaldklinik" and "Das Traumschiff," left a significant mark in German post-war cinema and television with his diverse performances. Beginning his acting career in theater post-World War II, he made his screen debut in 1953. Naumann was well-known in the 60s for roles in series like "Wolken über Kaprun" and films such as "Der Arzt von St. Pauli." A prolific voice actor, he dubbed for stars like Sean Connery. In the 80s, Naumann became a household name as Dr. Schröder on "Das Traumschiff" and Dr. Römer in "Die Schwarzwaldklinik." He continued to work in theater and voice acting until his passing at 98.
