Hisako Mitsui

Former idol singer and actor from Chigasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture. Born on 20 December 1963. Hisako uses the nickname "Chako" on her releases. Hisato along with [a1044032] and Sawako Kitahara [[a5107423]] were members of the idol trio Pansy, who's music output were released individually not collectively.
