Hiljaa

Early 80s Post-punk/new wave band from Finland. The band came from Koskenkorva, the village that's famose for Koskenkorva Vodka distillery Hiljaa released one 7" single and one unpublished demo. The band's story is documented in the book "Me ei oltu valtaosaa" ("We were not the majority") in 2009. Published by Like The line up was Jaska Filppula (vocals/bass), Mika Ahopelto (kitara), Juha Latva-Pietilä (saksofoni), Mika Pihlajamäki (rummut), Petri Ruostetoja (guitar).
