Hard rock / heavy metal band from Wilmington, North Caronlina. Started out in 1990 under various different names (Stronghold, No One Wins,The Uriah Omen) eventually landing on the name He Is Legend in 2003. They released their first EP "91025" in 2004. Was on a short hiatus from 2009-2011.
