Hail Social coming out of Philadelphia feature Dayve Hawk (vocals/guitar), Matt Maraldo (drums), [a=Dan Henry (10)] (bass), and Richie Roxas (guitar). Meeting on the job, Hawk and Maraldo, already knowing Henry and Roxas, formed Hail Social recording four demos and a 7". Joining producer Brian McTear they recorded their debut album, [r1495912] was issued on undefined in Summer 2005. Tours with the Secret Machines and Interpol followed into the Fall. The band's sophomore album, a disco-tinged effort called [r1558972], was released two years later.
