Swedish choir founded in 1994 by [url=http://www.discogs.com/artist/Gustaf+Sj%C3%B6kvist]Gustaf Sjökvist[/url] in Stockholm. The choir has about 35 members and had its base in Storkyrkan in Stockholm for a long time. When Gustaf Sjökvist retired in 2011, the choir moved its base to Ersta Church in Stockholm. The repertoire has largely consisted of contemporary music, with a number of premieres of works from e.g. composers such as Lars Edlund, Sven-David Sandström, Kerstin Jeppsson, Jan Sandström, Georg Riedel, Carl Unander-Scharin, Bo Holten and Thomas Jennefelt. But the repertoire also includes the great classical works such as Bach's B minor Mass and Christmas Oratorio, Mozart's Requiem, Brahms' Ein deutsches Requiem, Verdi's Requiem and others. as well as jazz music.
