    Best known for his virtuoso violin showpiece “Hora Staccato” (1906).
    Famous for making popular the tune “Ciocîrlia” (“The Lark”) composed by his grandfather Angheluș Dinicu.
    Uncle of Sile Dinicu.

    1902 - 1906 studied at Conservatory with Carl Flesch
    1906 - takes the graduation exam on the stage of the Romanian Athenaeum, performing Concert no. 1 by Paganini
    There performed first time his composition “Hora Staccato”
