Gorgon Medusa

US late 70s hard rock band. Gorgon Medusa was formed in Chicago, IL, in 1977 by Ken Michaels (guitar, vocals and main songwriter), Louis Mercado (bass) and Jimmy Janeck (drums). In the same year they recorded their material at Chicago's Paragon Studios. A single was released pressed in several thousand copies. Following various gigs the trio disbanded in 1980.
