Gero 36 was a Japanese gay fetish performer and masturbator, one of the short-lived early members of a controversial Japanese noise/experimental band The Gerogerigegege. According to a 2001 interview with the band's founder and leader Juntaro Yamanouchi, two or three exhibitionists were involved with the Gerogerigegege around 1985 besides Tetsuya Endoh, or Gero 30 (who stayed as a core member of the band). One of them, Gero 36, appeared on a '91 Live Greatest Hits CD. All of them were listed on the Gerogerigegege's debut Sexual Behavior In The Human Male 7", including Gero 30, Gero 36, 'Gero All Japan,' and at least one more Gero. In the aforementioned 2001 interview, Juntaro said he still remained friends with other Geros but they never contributed to any more records or concerts.
