    Garçon Taupe

Roaming around in the Dutch underground since 2001, Garçon Taupe contributed tracks to compilation albums on Narrominded, Narrominded and Narrominded. His debut Wittenburg EP brought a mix of italo, synthpop, electro and acid and appeared in 2009 as part of Narrominded Split LP #4, with compatriot Legowelt taking care of the flipside. Opening track Lobo grabbed some attention and was voted ‘Dance Track of the Year’ by the visitors of the now defunct music website Eclectro. In 2017, Garçon Taupe released the acid drenched EP The White Spider on the Narrominded sublabel Narrominded. It sold out at the Enfant Terrible head quarters within three months, to be followed up with Kiklop EP through his home base Narrominded. Until 2007, Garçon Taupe was bass player in the (still active) noise rock outfit Gone Bald, a band that by then had released seven albums on a.o. Narrominded and Narrominded, and played tons of shows in underground venues throughout Europe.
