František Benda

Czech violinist and composer of the early classicist era (November 25, 1709 – March 7, 1786). Older brother of composers Georg Anton Benda and Jan Jiří Benda. He wrote almost 400 compositions, more than 300 of them sonatas or pieces for solo violin.
