Louis Small
US Pianist, songwriter and band leader. His father was from St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands. Formed [a=The Latinaires] in 1968 with [a=Carlos Crossman Jr.] and a group of musicians from the Southview area of the Bronx. When the band split he went on to work with [a=Frankie Dante] & Orquesta Flamboyán (1975 to 1979), [a=Candido], [a=TNT Boys] and the Bad Street Boys, among others.
