Producer and manager from Chicago, Illinois. Worked from the early days of house with [a=Phil Balsano], [a=Larry Sturm] and [a=Steve "Silk" Hurley] for [l=D.J. International Records]. Rodrigo was Hurley's first manager in the late 1980s/early 1990s and together they founded [l=D.J. World Records] in 1988, [l=Echotron Records] in 1989 and [l=ID Records] in 1990 before legal issues led to them parting company in 1993. Ran his own labels [l=SOS Records] and [l=Zaza Records] in the mid-1990s.
