Francesca Ancarola

Chilean singer and songwriter mixing folk and traditional music with jazz (but also approaching other genres sometimes, like electroacoustic music). Born in Santiago, March 18th, 1968, she started her career in the 80s and studied music in the Universidad de Chile, later furthering her studies with [a1643959], Soledad Díaz and in the Manhattan School of Music in 1997. Since then she has worked with groups like [a1769933] and musicians such as [a7654755].
