Female rap emcees duo from Los Angeles, CA, active in 1990s.

Consisting of [url=https://www.discogs.com/artist/791261]AvA[/url] (Ava Duvernay) & Jyant (Ronda Ross),
they regularly performed at the Good Life Cafe (a renowned cafe, based in Crenshaw, LA).
They dropped only one album in 2007, recorded in and around Los Angeles from approximately 1992-1996, produced by The Nonce, in association with Chillin Villain Empire and [a=Digiak]. Figures of Speech's song "Don't Get it Twisted" is featured on 1994's cult classic Project Blowed compilation.
