Faye Lopez

American Christian pianist and arranger. Born Missouri. Faye began playing piano at age 4 and received piano instruction through age 16 from her mother. She accompanied for school and church functions, and as an older teen, was involved in various musical ministries, accompanying traveling groups, Christian TV and radio programs, and arranging choral music. She received her bachelor's degree in Sacred Music and Master's degree in Piano Performance from Bob Jones University. While at Bob Jones she was an arranger and accompanist for the [a8092234]. She is a college music educator and one of the founders of the music-publishing arm of The Wilds, which is still active today. She has over 600 published compositions and arrangements. She has contributed to numerous cantatas, recordings, piano and choral collections, and has arranged over thirty piano collections of her own. She has recorded seven piano solo albums.
