1975 - worked with the "STU" theater from Cracow and moved to New York City
1989 - returned to Poland

1992 - ranked first twice in Jazz Forum Magazine polls, first as drummer and then as author of the "Birthday" Album
2008 - received the Gloria Artis Medal for Merit to Culture from the Polish Ministry of Culture
