The group was formed in 2004 by Noriyasu Agematsu, Junpei Fujita, Hitoshi Fujima and Daisuke Kikuta. Since then, they have worked with a variety of artists such as Lia, [a=Nana Mizuki], [a=Haruka Shimotsuki], [a=Rekka Katakiri] and others. They have also released several compilation albums collecting their compositions.

Noriyasu Agematsu serves as the lead representative and defacto leader of the group.
