Co-founded by Boston, Massachusetts virtuoso folk and bluegrass performers, Peter Rowan and David Grisman.
The duo were joined by John Nagy on bass, [a=Paul Dillon (4)] on drums, and [a=Bill Stevenson (3)] on keyboards and vibraphone.
Bill left in 1968 and, after releasing their second album, the band disbanded in 1969.
