Jarvis (born August 22nd, 1957 in Astoria, Oregon and died April 1st, 2009, in Los Angeles, California) was an American guitarist and singer-songwriter. He moved to Portland, Oregon in the 1970s and played with bands including The Odds, 2 Minutes 50 and Map of France before moving to Los Angeles, California in the early 1980s. He was based in Nashville, Tennessee from 1994 until the 2000s, when he moved to California.
