Dual Mechanism was a collaboration project between Mental Wreckage and The Relic, used for their more experimental tracks. Under this alias, they allowed themselves to experiment with their sound, push their boundaries even more and using a wider variety of influences.
So far, this project has spawned 3 releases; "Element: Dysprosium" on Symp.tom (2007), the free web-release "Aspectamen" (2011) that was originally exclusive to Symp.tom’s Life Below 20Hz compilation, and "Element: Arsenic" on Dark Descent (2012).
During these years, Dual Mechanism also functioned as a DJ-unit / tag-team on several dark & underground hardcore parties.
