Cajun fiddler, born April 28, 1918 in Lafayette, Louisiana; died November 10, 1992 in Lafayette. In 1997 he was selected as a charter inductee into the Cajun French Music Association Hall of Fame in Eunice, LA. Father of bassist Oran Guidry Jr.
