Menis started his Dj career in 1996, when he made his name in the Perth Hardcore scene through his residency at the legendary Gravity nightclub. Known simply for the amount of energy and frantic mixing pace he put into his sets, Menis quickly became a crowd favorite. Since his debut at Gravity he has gone on to play at Perth's most defining parties including Dreamscape, Helter Skelter, The Madhatters Ball and the Perthquake series. Menis has also enjoyed being a resident at Perth's premier Hardcore club night - Elysium. Menis has toured the UK twice receiving bookings at 'Diehard' in Leicester, Club Asylum (Bowlers - Manchester), Future Dance 7 (Bagley's - London) and Uprising (Sheffield) alongside names like Slipmatt, Scott Brown, Brisk, Robbie Long, Sy and Billy Bunter just to name a few. Production wise Menis has collaborations with some of Hardcore's biggest names including Marc Smith, Sharkey, Fade, Hixxy and Devastate with tracks forthcoming on Blatant Beats, Raver Baby, Destructive Force and Notorious Vinyl. Menis also has had his track with Marc Smith "Thick and Fast" featured on "Bonkers 8 ".
