Drummer Heifetz spread his time between Dieselhed and the genre-bending experimentalists [a202323]. Singer-songwriter Virgil Shaw previously played in Arcata outfit [a827453]. Bassist Ellis had been a founding member of the local disbanded funk rock band [a971441] and Jonathan Segel is a member of local indie-faves [a268200]. The band was active until late 2000.
