Die Skeptiker

Original members: Eugen Balanskat, Mathias Kahle, Lars Rudel, Jan Fretwurst, Günther Spalda. Formed 1986 in East Berlin, capital of the German Democratic Republic (East Germany). Punkrock Band from the group of "Die Anderen Bands" (GDR Bands of underground styles co-opted by the State and the system). Vocalist Eugen Balanskat is the heart of the band. Disbanded in 2000 and re-formed in 2006 for their 20 Years' anniversary.
