Den Sorte Skole (The Black School) is a Danish Copenhagen-based DJ, producer and composer collective, founded by Simon Dokkedal, Martin Fernando Jakobsen (who left the band in 2011) & Martin Højland in 2003. By sampling music from all across the world and genres as diverse as folk, psych rock, electronic music, reggae, classical and all kinds of field recordings, Sorte Skole take the listener on an unique journey through the history of music.
