Delinquent consist of Mike Panteli and Philip Omo. They have worked hard at establishing themselves as a prominent force in the new-breed of UK Garage Producers.
Formed in 1999, Delinquent adapted quickly to the requirements of the music industry; and after a lot of hard work and dedication, were remixing for major record labels at the tender age of 18. At this stage, Delinquent were working ahead of their time and formed their own production company: Spoilt Rotten Entertainment, in 2003.
