Dee Dee Ramone I.C.L.C. (Inter-Celestial Light Commune) was a three-piece band formed by Dee Dee Ramone and John Carco in New York City in 1994. After several live shows and drummers, the band relocated to Amsterdam to record for World Service, a sub label of World Service. They released both a [url=https://www.discogs.com/master/588549-Dee-Dee-Ramone-ICLC-Dee-Dee-Ramone-ICLC]four song 12"[/url] and a full-length album titled "I Hate Freaks Like You" in 1994. The band would go on to tour 22 countries in a 10-month period, though never touring the U.S. In 1996 during work on their second full-length album, the band were dropped by their label. With this development, John Carco left the band and moved to Los Angeles where he formed the band Metro with Peter Stahl. Dee Dee Ramone formed the Ramones tribute band, The Ramainz with his wife Barbara Zampini and former Ramones members Marky Ramone and C.J. Ramone.
