Dead Season was a Canadian post-hardcore band from Oshawa, Ontario, active from 1997 to 2000. The band was formed when four members of 2 Line Filler (Clark, Biddle, Calder and Drew) quit to form their own band. Over time, an additional three ex-members of 2 Line Filler (Dupuis, Head and Schedlich) played in the band. Coincidentally, three members of Dead Season went on to play in Radio Holiday. Dead Season had close ties to the similar-sounding Michigan post-hardcore band Small Brown Bike, with whom they often toured.
