Born in Portsmouth UK on 20th January 1977, Simon is an artist, producer and DJ often credited as Simon Neale who is best known by stage names Dave Spoon and Shadow Child. He was also part of the line-up on BBC Radio 1's 'In New DJs We Trust', before switching fully to his Shadow Child alias in 2012. Simon still occasionally releases as Dave Spoon to this day.
