Cora Marie

Cora Marie was the stage name of Cora Nell (maiden name) or Cora Myburgh (married name), a South African vocalist. This very popular singer of popular music and country songs was born 3 January 1953 and died in Pretoria on 8 January 1994 from cancer. She released 22 albums of which 14 received gold status. The song [b][i]Gee Haar 'n Roos[/b][/i] is the song she is best known for. She sang mostly in Afrikaans, but also periodically sang English songs on stage and on her recorded music.
