Codu' Penal was founded in 1999 with Cabron and Shobby, releasing three albums in this formula "In Familie (Pentru Bani)" (2003), "Pe Viaţă" (2004), "Apocalipsa" (2006).
In 2007 Cabron left the band pursuing a solo career.
In 2011 Codu' Penal returns to the public's attention with the album „Restart" this time with Shobby and Bulgaru. In 2015 they release the album "9 stele" The 5th material of the band.
In 2020 Cabron has returned to the band and with Shobby they are preparing a new material.
