1954 to 1956 hard bop jazz unit mainly billed by the names of leaders Clifford Brown (Trumpet) and Max Roach (Drums) but in reality - and sometimes billed as such - a quintet including George Morrow (Bass), Richie Powell (Piano) and Harold Land (Tenor saxophone). Also billed as Clifford Brown And Max Roach Incorporated.
