Do NOT confuse with Fleetwood Mac's manager Clifford Adams or NY songwriter Cliff Adams
In 1949, he co-formed with Ronnie Milne the vocal group The Stargazers, with Fred Datchler, Dick James, and Marie Benson. The group found success backing leading singers of the day including early Petula Clark recordings.
