American neo-progressive rock band founded in Buckley, Washington, USA in 2001. Cirrus Bay started out as an acoustic duo, consisting of Bill Gillham on guitar and Sharra Gillham (now Sharra Acle) on vocals. Cirrus Bay then evolved into a band project, with the addition of drummer and engineer Mark Blasco. Different vocalists have joined the project, with Gilham remaining as songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist. Gilham passed away on 17 April 2022.
