Chiyo Okumura (奥村 チヨ, Okumura Chiyo). Japanese singer. Born February 18, 1947 in Noda, Chiba but grew up in Ikeda, Osaka. Made her record debut on Toshiba in 1965. She was originally sold as a Japanese Sylvie Vartan, though later her image became less coquettish and more directly sensual.
She married the songwriter Keisuke Hama in 1974.
