They recorded between 1979-1980 at least 3 albums on label "Toledo" as Chime and the alias 2-Lips and Blitz. On the records [m134106] and [r4565334] the pseudonyme "Commando" is used for "produced by", which stands most probably for Arndt and Hübler (as on the "Chime" record is stated).
