Celia Briar is a Celtic harpist based in southern Ireland. Briar is a former All-Ireland champion in traditional harp playing, and has toured internationally, performing at concerts in Britain, Sweden, New Zealand and the Isle of Man. Previously she has been based in Palmerston North, New Zealand, where she was Senior Lecturer in Social Policy at Massey University.
