Australian Country music duo, songwriters and performers, based in Kinglake, Victoria; founded Crestway Music.
Carter & Carter (married couple, Merelyn and David) are one of the most successful independent contemporary country acts in the history of Australian Country music. Since their debut album release in 2000, they have amassed more awards and more chart success than any independent artist in history. During their first 20 years, Carter & Carter released eight albums, one DVD and four books.
Merelyn and David have been married to each other for more than 23 years and live with 58 animals on their mountain farm in Kinglake, Victoria.
