English musician, producer, and remixer who was raised in Southport, Lancashire, but is now based in London. He joined forces with Richard Lloyd in around 1985 and formed New Atlantic. As the UK rave scene took hold they began producing piano orientated Breakbeat House/Hardcore and were eventually signed in the early 1990s. After several releases with 3 beat music, 4 of which charted in the UK and 1 topping the Club Charts in the US, he graduated from Cambridge University in 1995. Saunders continued his studies at Cass Business School and on leaving there he went into marketing.
Initially he worked at WCRS, then Engine, before moving to the Channel 4 group of companies (E4, More4, and Film4) in 2006. In 2009 he joined 20th Century Fox as UK Marketing Director (Theatrical Division), and was promoted to UK Managing Director (Theatrical Division) in 2011.
He still produces and remixes in his spare time, under the name The Young Punx.
