Bride
Touring

The band, founded by brothers Dale Thompson and Troy Thompson from the US, was initially called Matrix. They released 4 independent cassettes. When they got a record contract with undefined in 1986 they changed their name to Bride. Three albums and a compilation were released on Pure Metal, before they moved on to undefined and released three albums with them (with the first one on the Pure Metal imprint). One of these, Snakes In The Playground (1992), is generally considered to be the quintessential Bride record. They released an album with undefined (1995), two with undefined (1997-1998), one with undefined (2001), and they are currently with undefined.

Bride has released many independent, limited edition projects which include live recordings, demo projects and reissues, both in audio and video format. Initially these were sold without any retail distribution directly to their fans, later on they got access to undefined distribution channels.

Bride announced that Incorruptible (2013) would be their final album, but came out of retirement with Snake Eyes (2018) and are still recording.
