Swedish Singer Spotted by Juliette Gréco, Bob Asklöf settled in Paris in December 1962. Winner of a competition organized by Pathé-Marconi[1], he recorded six 45s and two albums between 1963 and 1965[2]. He participated in the festival of the Rose d'or d'Antibes and tours in France, Belgium and Switzerland. He also sings in English, German and Swedish. In 1963, he performed the song from the film Bons Kisses from Russia. His physique opens the doors of cinema to him. He made appearances in Comptes à rebours, Le Mataf or in Boulevard du rhum, and under the direction of Anna Karina in Vivre ensemble but subsequently only obtained important roles in erotic films. He notably films in Les Charnelles with Anne Libert, When the girls are unleashed with Marie-Georges Pascal, Dora, la frenzy of pleasure with Monique Vita or Good-bye, Emmanuelle with Sylvia Kristel. Although he will never shoot hardcore sequences, we will see him in some pornographic films by Serge Korber such as Excès with Richard Allan, Charlie Schreiner and Michèle Perello, Howls of pleasure with Sylvia Bourdon and Alain Saury or Pornotissimo with Karine Gambier, Barbara Moose and Richard Darbois. He also appeared in the television series Les Enquêtes du Commissaire Maigret and Dossiers: Immediate Danger. He returned to Sweden in 1977. He made one last film and played in the theater. In the 1980s, he abandoned acting to devote himself to painting and writing
