Black Rock & Ron
Hip hop crew from Hollis Queens, New York, USA Members: Lord Black (David Cootryer), The Ruler Master Rock (Gregg Walsh), Ron Scratch (Ron Walsh) The trio only released one album, "Stop the World" (1989, RCA.) It was largely self-produced, with Paul C handling some of the engineering. The group never received any mainstream success but got mild exposure with a couple videos that ended up in rotation on Yo! MTV Raps.
